Can we start with a focused piece of work?
Yes. An engagement can begin with a specific decision, architecture review or AI evaluation. We agree the scope and intended outcome before work starts.
Do you work with our existing technology?
The starting point is your current system, your team’s capabilities and your constraints. Recommendations explain where the existing approach remains useful and where a change would have a clear purpose.
How do you measure improvement?
We agree a baseline and a small set of measures relevant to the problem, then review results over an agreed period and account for other changes that could affect them.
Will AI be part of every engagement?
AI is considered where it can address a defined need. We assess its value against the task, available evidence, operating cost and consequences of failure.
Can we collaborate on UK AI research?
We welcome enquiries from UK organisations with a relevant research question, evaluation challenge or potential contribution. Specific research arrangements are agreed for each project.
